This photo is from our Company Brunch. Hannah Frank and Rima Dawn McCabe attended, and our then intern John Peters made food and took photos for us.
We have tea.  We Arrrr the coffee!!!  sometimes we do Zoom tea, in the new era.  and talk on the phone.  We design. We consult.  We know stuff. We're magic and ok I'll stop now.  Would you like some tea?  (those are supposed to be the new magic words, for everything, in life.  we'll see...). Anyho,  we'd be happy to get together and chat. and of course, listen to you talk about your project, need, issues, pain, or whatevvaaah.  Gets lonely some times, it's nice to hear from folks.  Sometimes it helps to just talk things through.  And then if there's anything we can do for you, well then maybe we make a plan and or get to work.  or talk more later.  The first consultation is free, after that we charge for consulting.  It's reasonable, it's worth it, well not in the mood to do a sales pitch this AM, so if you want, pls. do  contact us here.

THIS IS OUR PROCESS.

AND SOMETIMES WE JUST DO THINGS ORGANICALLY OR PLANT A THING AND SEE IF IT COMES UP.  OR MAKE IT UP AS WE GO.  BUT JUST SO YOU KNOW, WE HAVE THIS HERE ENGINEERING PROCESS SO IF YOU WANT A RESULT OF SOME KIND, WHILE WE DON'T GUARANTEE IT, WE CAN OFTEN ACHEIVE IT.  GOD WILLING, AND ALL THAT, YOU KNOW.

Im supposed to say here that We have a track record of results.  But I don't want to seem like I"m bragging.  We do. so if you'd like to see some examples of said results, then check this out.

week 1  hot, beautiful weather

week 2 raining then sunny. lots of insects. butterflies, dragonfly, stung by a bee, ants, moths. bad sunburn  picnic lunch: salami sandwitches and potato chips from an anonymous donor. We worked on the walks, walking between Ontario St. Beach and Oak St. Beach on the lakefront path.  my umbrella did not protect my skin that well and I got a bad sunburn. boo.  : <

week 3 cool in the city, nice on the beach.  shade. we practised for 2hrs.  ambulance and fire truck.  biked home

warmups with video of Eddie Wu, walks, wave hands like clouds, repulse monkey, monkey offers fruit, part wild horse's mane, da lu, hsing hi drill. slant, posture, crown up chin in.  hips, isolating movement

This day I rode my bike home.  Stopped and took photos of the indian monument on the horse.
So much fun. Exercising and relaxing at the same time.

week 4  I got my shirt wet, to cool down.  Warmed up with a litle fish move, I think of as the mermaid, or cutting up sushi. (Not part of the Wu form curiculum actually). This gal Nomi used to lead it, in our bagua class, back in the '90s.
Then we did our warmups, our walks, and the beginning of the form.  One hour. nice and neat.  I found a mickey mouse credit card on the way home and of course called the number on the back to cancel it.The Sorcerer's Apprentice on a signature card. Seemed lucky. maybe a sign.  or not.  or not.

Did we have lunch this time? I forget. Oh yeah, we stopped by McDonalds. Gotta fuel up. Don't forget to eat and drink when you're doing some exercising.
